BUSINESS CONSULTING
Questions before you get started?
A few things you might be wondering
We work with established small businesses across industries, particularly those looking to improve customer experience, operations, retention, processes, or other areas affecting growth. The review is best suited to businesses that are already operating and have enough real customer and business activity to evaluate. It’s not designed for brand-new businesses that are still developing their initial concept, product, or business model.
That’s okay. You don’t need to diagnose the issue before we start. You might just know that customers aren’t returning, sales have slowed, your processes feel harder than they should, or something simply isn’t working as well as you’d like. We can start there.
Not at all. An audit can be just as useful when the business is doing well but you see room to grow. Sometimes the goal is fixing a problem. Other times, it’s identifying opportunities, improving what already works, or deciding where to focus next.
It depends on what we’re investigating. We’ll start with an intake to understand your business and what you’re experiencing. From there, we may ask for relevant information such as customer feedback, performance data, website analytics, processes, or other materials that help us understand what’s happening. We’ll be clear about what we need and why.
You’ll have a prioritized set of recommendations you can take and implement yourself. If you’d like help putting them into action, we can also discuss implementation support based on what your business needs.
